Meet Lesyah

"Your yesterday need not become your tomorrow."

Music rescued Lesyah as a teenager. It has pursued her all over the world, from underage R&B, dance and pop performances in country pubs, through Karaoke bars and nightclubs to recording in London and songwriting in LA. Her irrepressible and versatile power vocals have kept her ever increasing fan base always wanting more.

Lesyah quickly found that her talent stood out and has a good reputation for straight to the heart communication with her audience.

Apart from Lesyah's vocal ability she has also developed her songwriting skills, recently receiving a finalist and two semi-finalist positions in the 2010 UK Songwriting contest. Lesyah has written with several songwriters locally, interstate and overseas.

Through new Gold Coast Independent Record Label Oak Records it was arranged for Lesyah to meet with Ian Mack and Paul Middleton at Right Bank Studios in London. Lesyah was presented with some fantastic songs for which she decided she'd love to record. These songs are featured on Lesyah's debut album 'Day In The Sun' which has just been released on iTunes in August this year.

Lesyah's previously released singles – 'Give It Up' - Stayed in the top 50 5 star rated tracks on Radar Radio for several months.

'I Survived You' – recently featured on 'Landed Music' on Southern Cross channel 10 in Australia.

'Little Precious' - Has been adopted by The Amira Project (part of the Life House organization) which assists young Women aged 14-17 who are in crisis.

Lesyah's debut album 'Day In The Sun' is already gaining great feedback here in Australia and overseas. Lesyah packs a powerful performance punch with her strong impressive live vocals.
